Delete your Red Reactions app account

You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. You do not need to reinstall Red Reactions to make a request.

Request deletion by email

Email [email protected] from the email address used for your app account. Include your app username if you know it and say that you want your Red Reactions app account and associated data deleted.

Start account deletion request

This opens a prepared message in your email app. Review it and press Send there; this page does not submit or confirm delivery. If an email app does not open, copy the address above and send the request from your email service.

Never send your password, sign-in token or verification code. Red Reactions may ask for limited additional information to verify that you own the account before deleting it. If you no longer control the account email, explain that in your request so ownership verification can be reviewed.

Requests are handled manually. We will review the request, explain any necessary ownership checks and confirm the outcome by email. A request does not immediately delete the account, and the time needed may depend on verification and any legal or safety retention obligations.

Delete directly in the app

If you can sign in, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. Type DELETE and enter your current password in the app's confirmation screen. This permanently removes the account and dependent app records after successful verification. Do not type that password into an email.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the app authentication account, profile, interests and policy-acceptance records, tracking and watched history, ratings, reactions, comments/replies and dependent reply threads, likes, lists/items, social and title follows, blocks, reports associated with the account, notification preferences/history, and the app database's device push tokens. This cannot be undone.

Limited records and third-party services

Limited moderation audit records or support correspondence may remain where needed to document safety, abuse handling or the deletion request. Hosting/authentication and push providers may retain technical security, request or delivery logs under their policies. These are not a retained usable app account or watch library.

Firebase installation identifiers are managed by Firebase/device services and are not the same as your Red Reactions account. Deleting an app account does not itself reset all installation identifiers on the phone or immediately erase every provider log. You can ask about related provider records in your request; their handling depends on the service and applicable obligations.

Website newsletter subscriptions and anonymous browser ratings are separate from app accounts. Mention them if your request also concerns those services. Read the Privacy Policy for the data and services involved.
