Dispatch launches on iOS and Android on December 9, 2026, with Google Play Games on PC support. The first four episodes will be free; unlocking the full mobile game will cost US$19.99, with regional prices varying.

AdHoc Studio announced the mobile version in its October 22 anniversary update. The important availability limit is explicit: the rollout covers territories where its PC and console versions are sold, except China and Japan. This is not an unrestricted worldwide launch.

What is included in Dispatch on mobile?

The developer says the base game has been rebuilt for touch controls and vertical play. The free opening four episodes give players the first half of the story before they decide whether to unlock the rest.

The Gematsu announcement report independently cross-checks the date, free episodes and US unlock price. AdHoc says App Store preorders and Google Play preregistration are coming soon; it has not supplied a universal launch hour in the announcement.

What do existing Deluxe owners get now?

Separate from the December mobile release, Commentary Mode and Storyboard Mode are available now for Digital Deluxe owners on platforms where that edition is sold. Gematsu reports more than 16 hours of cast and crew commentary, alongside an option to play through the story using its original storyboard animatics. Standard-edition owners can buy the Deluxe upgrade, listed by the developer at US$10.99.

AdHoc’s FAQ adds practical qualifications to that offer:

  • Nintendo Switch players must first download the new DLC pack through the console’s Nintendo eShop app.
  • The update is included for Deluxe owners, but a small fee may apply in select regions because of distribution rules.
  • Commentary audio is English-only without commentary subtitles. The base dialogue retains subtitles in the selected language; Storyboard Mode uses the game’s available subtitled languages.

Both modes are selected through Settings, and commentary varies with story choices. They are an existing-owner feature update, not a promise that a mobile purchase includes every Deluxe extra.

The announcement does not establish mobile cross-save, controller support or an exact device-compatibility list. Check the eventual regional store listing for those details before buying. Our release calendar records the announced date and its territory limits.
