Paramount+ has renewed Avatar: Seven Havens for Books 3 and 4. The new chapters will continue the story of Avatar Pavi and her twin sister Nisha. Co-creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko revealed the renewal at New York Comic Con on Friday, October 9, as TheWrap reported from the announcement.

That is a renewal announcement, rather than a premiere-date reveal for either book. The immediate release schedule concerns Book 1, which launched on October 9 and continues in Friday batches through October 30.

When do the rest of Book 1’s episodes arrive?

The official Paramount+ guide gives the following schedule:

Paramount+ release dateBook 1 episodesStatus on October 11
October 9, 20261–3Released
October 16, 20264–6Scheduled
October 23, 20267–9Scheduled
October 30, 202610–13Scheduled

The final batch has four episodes, taking Book 1 to thirteen. This is a batch release, so October 16 is not simply the date of Episode 4 alone.

Paramount’s German announcement independently gives those dates for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The English-language Paramount+ guide publishes the same sequence. These sources do not establish a Swedish service or local release time; availability should be checked in the viewer’s own territory.

What do we know about Books 2, 3 and 4?

Book 2 was already part of the initial order. Paramount+ confirms 13 episodes each for Books 1 and 2, making 26 across those first two chapters. Its current guide does not give a release date for Book 2.

Books 3 and 4 are the additional renewal. Their individual episode counts and premiere dates have not been announced in the official guide. The original 26-episode order therefore should not be reused as a count for the two newly ordered books, or turned into a release-year prediction.

Pavi and Nisha remain the leads of the continuing story. For the established premise and the series’ place after Korra, our earlier Seven Havens trailer explainer covers the background. The renewal does not itself disclose future-book villains or the resolution of the twins’ journey.

Is Kuruk: Wave of Chaos another Seven Havens book?

No. Avatar Kuruk: Wave of Chaos is a separate animated prequel announced at the same NYCC panel. It follows a teenage Kuruk, whereas Seven Havens continues Pavi and Nisha’s story. Our Kuruk series announcement explains that distinct project.
