Nintendo’s next Indie World Showcase starts Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 14:00 UTC — 7:00 a.m. PDT / 10:00 a.m. EDT / 23:00 JST. It will cover announcements and updates for independent games coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

The official Americas and UK presentations are billed at roughly 15 minutes, while Nintendo Japan lists about 25 minutes. Choose your regional stream below; the longer Japanese runtime is not a later start time.

Where can you watch the October 28 Indie World?

All three official YouTube listings show the same scheduled start:

The Americas player is embedded below. The broadcast has not started yet; its upcoming-event screen is expected before the scheduled time. Nintendo Japan’s event page also advertises viewing through the Nintendo Today! smartphone app.

Why do Nintendo’s announcements say 15 and 25 minutes?

Nintendo of America’s announcement gives the shorter estimate. Nintendo Japan’s announcement and event page give the longer one; the Japanese page describes a prerecorded presentation.

These are separate regional listings. Nintendo has not explained the runtime difference in the checked announcements. The extra minutes do not establish exclusive reveals, a different game lineup or a particular editing choice. Nor should viewers assume every regional presentation is identical.

Which games are confirmed for the showcase?

The checked announcements do not name a lineup. Switch 2 and Switch are the stated platforms for the overall showcase; that does not mean every featured game will release on both systems.

Specific game appearances, announcement counts, same-day releases and demos remain unconfirmed. Any release date or eShop availability revealed during the show will need its own platform and territory check.
