One Piece: Grand Gourmet Launch Dates — Japan, US and Europe
One Piece: Grand Gourmet launches October 22 on Switch in Japan and October 23 in the US and Europe. Check Steam, mobile and the official launch trailer.

One Piece: Grand Gourmet has launched on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 in Japan on October 22, while Bandai Namco’s US and European pages list October 23, 2026. Japan’s official launch announcement also puts Steam and mobile on October 23. There is no single date here that should be presented as the worldwide launch for every platform.
Developed by Kairosoft, this is a single-player restaurant-management game starring the Straw Hat crew. Its pixel-art kitchen is a different proposition from a One Piece fighting game or an adaptation of the anime’s current story arc.
Grand Gourmet release dates by region and platform
| Market | Platforms | Official date |
|---|---|---|
| Japan | Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2 | October 22, 2026 — launched |
| Japan | Steam, iOS, Android | October 23, 2026 |
| United States and Europe | Switch, Switch 2, Steam, iOS, Android | October 23, 2026 |
The Japanese dates come from One Piece’s October 22 launch notice. The US game page and European announcement provide the Western date. Nintendo’s UK Switch listing also gives October 23.
Those regional listings establish the dates above; they do not establish one universal unlock hour. Check your platform’s local listing before treating the game as available in your market. The announced platform list does not include PlayStation or Xbox.
What do you actually do in the game?
Luffy and the crew run Baratie Number Two, taking restaurant work onto the sea. The management loop covers hiring staff, developing dishes with Sanji, serving customers and furnishing the restaurant. Bandai Namco says the roster draws on more than 400 characters and offers more than 200 furniture and decoration items.
That scale describes the publisher’s content list, rather than the number of characters immediately available when you start. The single-player designation also matters: the cast and crowded restaurant scenes should not be read as a promise of multiplayer cooking or crossplay.
Watch the official launch trailer
Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s original upload is the launch trailer featuring KOPERU. It introduces the restaurant game; the regional product and launch pages remain the sources for the platform dates.
For the franchise’s separate screen plans, see our coverage of the One Piece anime’s 2027 return and One Piece Film: God Valley — BAAD. Neither announcement changes Grand Gourmet’s release schedule. The broader release calendar keeps these game and screen dates in their own entries.
