PlayStation Plus October 2026 Games: Full Lineup and Claim Dates
F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 join PlayStation Plus October 6–November 2. Check platforms, September's deadline and bonus packs.

The October 2026 PlayStation Plus Monthly Games are F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2. Sony says members can add them to their libraries from October 6 through November 2. The September lineup has an earlier last-chance date: October 5.
| October Monthly Game | Console support |
|---|---|
| F1 25 | PS5 |
| Hunt: Showdown 1896 | PS5 |
| Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 | PS5 and PS4 |
What are the three games?
F1 25 is the official 2025 Formula One game, with Career, My Team 2.0 and online racing. Hunt: Showdown 1896 is a competitive extraction shooter in which players track bosses while facing other hunters. Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 brings the series’ enemy battles into a voxel style and supports four-player online co-op; Sony also lists two-player local split screen on both PS5 and PS4.
Only World Brothers 2 is listed for PS4. The other two entries in this month’s announcement are PS5 games.
When do I need to claim them?
Add the October games between Tuesday, October 6 and Monday, November 2, 2026. These are Monthly Games included with an eligible active PlayStation Plus membership, not permanently free purchases. Sony’s own artwork says Monthly Games are accessible for the duration of a PlayStation Plus subscription. The lineup may differ by region, so check the PlayStation Store in your country when the window opens.
Before then, members have until Monday, October 5 to add September’s Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life and Chained Echoes. Those four are September titles, not additions to the October lineup.
What else arrives for members in October?
Sony also lists PlayStation Plus HorrorFest item bundles, including the Call of Duty: Warzone Horror Bundle on October 1, a Hunt: Showdown 1896 Starter Pack on October 6, and an Overwatch 2 Reinhardt bundle with five tier skips on October 7. Sony notes that the base game must be owned to access pack contents. A bonus pack does not grant the underlying game.
Limited Spider-Man: Brand New Day avatars arrive through Sony Pictures Core on October 6. PlayStation Plus members can claim them in that app at no extra cost. Sony says people without PlayStation Plus must get the film on Sony Pictures Core to receive them. The promotion ends October 20 and is limited to regions where Sony Pictures Core operates.
