Bloody Hell Hotel Targets 2027 Full Launch, Dropping Early Access Plan
Bloody Hell Hotel targets a full PC launch in 2027 instead of 2026 Early Access. Unfold explains the funding change, planned features and undated console scope.

Bloody Hell Hotel is now targeting a full version 1.0 release on PC in 2027, replacing a prospective 2026 Early Access launch. Unfold Games explains the change in its October 21 Steam announcement, saying additional publisher funding removes the need to finance the final development stretch through an unfinished release.
The distinction matters: this is a change in both the release window and launch model, not an announcement that the game has already reached completion. No exact 2027 date is given.
Why the Early Access plan changed
The developer says earlier funding made Early Access a possible route for 2026, but that approach would have left some features and polish for later. Its newer funding supports an attempt to finish the planned version before asking players to buy it.
The signed statement describes that decision as a development goal. It does not establish that every feature is finished, guarantee that no further schedule change can occur, or provide a price or preorder plan. Gematsu’s October 21 report corroborates the PC/Steam window and reproduces the developer’s explanation.
What is planned for version 1.0?
| Item | Developer’s current plan |
|---|---|
| Launch model | Full 1.0 release, rather than Early Access |
| Window | 2027, with no exact day or month |
| Vampire classes | Six |
| Skills | 270 entries including upgrades |
| Thralls | Included in the planned launch scope |
The skill count should not be read as 270 wholly separate base abilities: the developer explicitly includes upgrades. These figures are announced targets, not independently verified shipping contents or hands-on findings.
A vampire’s hotel, with dungeons underneath
The official press kit describes a first-person, single-player management sandbox. Players renovate an estate, furnish rooms, welcome guests, farm ingredients and cook, while dungeons provide another route to resources and progression. The concept combines hospitality with vampire abilities and the possibility of recruiting thralls.
Its new gameplay trailer is the IGN upload linked inside Unfold Games’ own Steam post. IGN is the uploader; this is not presented as an Unfold Games-channel upload or a Red Reactions playtest.
Are consoles also dated for 2027?
The dated announcement covers PC via Steam. The press kit’s static fact sheet still says “Release TBA” and broadly lists “PC, Consoles.” It does not identify console models or establish that console versions will launch alongside PC in 2027.
The artwork here comes from the developer’s press kit and is identified as promotional game art, not a newly captured console screenshot. Our Gaming coverage and release calendar will track firmer dates without turning a year-only target into an invented day.
