Marvel Zombies will return to Disney+ with three new specials, beginning Halloween 2027. Marvel Studios’ October 8 announcement names one title for each year through 2029: The Winter Soldier, The Fist of Khonshu and The Last Guardian.

Marvel Animation presented the plan at New York Comic Con. The useful release information is a sequence of named specials, rather than a fully dated season schedule.

What is the release schedule?

Marvel’s post gives Halloween 2027 as the starting point, then lists the later titles by year. GamesRadar+‘s panel coverage reports that Winderbaum also described a Halloween pattern for subsequent installments. Exact October 31 dates for 2028 and 2029 have not been independently verified here and are not entered as fixed days in our release calendar.

The announcement identifies Disney+ without giving Swedish catalog details or unlock times. A broad window and a platform announcement should not become a promise of simultaneous access in every region.

Is this Marvel Zombies Season 2?

The studio’s current wording is all-new specials. That is the format used in the announcement; it does not supply a numbered Season 2 order, an episode total or a runtime for each installment.

/Film’s first-hand panel reporting also describes an annual special across the three years. The checked official post does not establish a two-part structure for each title, so no such episode count is treated as confirmed here.

What do the titles tell us about the characters?

The titles point toward familiar Marvel identities, but they are not complete synopses or cast announcements. The Last Guardian does not identify its protagonist in the studio’s published schedule. Winderbaum withheld that identity during the panel, according to GamesRadar+.

No voice cast, detailed plot, new age rating or exact runtime has been verified for these specials. This guide leaves the earlier show’s ending unspoiled and does not turn title-based theories into character or continuity confirmations.

Is there a trailer for the specials?

No original public trailer for the three new specials has been verified. Announcement graphics are not footage, and neither convention leaks nor fan trailers supply an official preview.
