Magic: The Gathering | Star Trek’s main debut is October 20, 2026, followed by four named Commander previews on October 26–29. Wizards plans to complete the card gallery on October 30. These are reveal dates; the tabletop release follows in November.
Where to watch the October 20 debut
Wizards’ October 16 announcement directs viewers to the official Magic YouTube channel and twitch.tv/magic, with a WeeklyMTG aftershow following the debut.
The announcement does not specify a broadcast hour. Check those official channels for the event listing rather than assuming a usual stream time.

Those are the publisher’s named deck-preview slots. The schedule alone does not establish an exact upload hour or the contents of an unreleased decklist.
The card gallery is a catch-up resource
The official Star Trek Card Image Gallery already contains earlier reveals. During preview season, Wizards says it will update the gallery Monday–Friday mornings with cards revealed before that day. It is not a same-day live feed: a card appearing on a partner’s stream may reach the gallery in a later update.
October 30 is the announced completion target, not a claim that every card is visible now. The captains in Nicky Barkla’s promotional illustration above identify existing set artwork; they do not disclose the unrevealed cards’ rules or mechanics.
Reveals, prerelease and retail release are different dates
The collecting guide gives November 6–12 for prerelease, November 10 for MTG Arena and November 13 for tabletop release. A preview lets readers examine cards before those play and release milestones.
