Prime Video has renewed Reacher for Season 6, before Season 5 has premiered. Alan Ritchson remains the series’ Jack Reacher. Amazon has not announced which Lee Child novel the sixth season will adapt, who else will appear, or when it will arrive.

Why Was Reacher Renewed Again?

In its September 28 update, Amazon said Season 4 reached 66 million viewers worldwide in its first 28 days, surpassing Season 3 and placing it among Prime Video’s five most-viewed original-series seasons. Amazon also put the show’s total audience since its 2022 debut at more than 200 million viewers worldwide. These are the platform’s reported figures, not independently audited totals.

The order secures a sixth season, but a renewal alone does not set a production schedule or a premiere date.

What Book Will Season 6 Adapt?

Amazon has not named a Season 6 source novel. Season 5, the next installment, is confirmed to adapt Lee Child’s Make Me. That distinction matters: the book selected for one season does not establish the story for the following one.
