Where to watch the 2027 Emmys, what is free, and which dates and Swedish viewing details still need confirmation.
The Emmy Awards move to Prime Video from 2027, under a six-year agreement announced by the Television Academy and Amazon.
How to watch from 2027
| Question | Confirmed position |
|---|---|
| Platform | Prime Video, the exclusive global home |
| Cost | Free; no Prime subscription required |
| Coverage | More than 240 countries and territories |
| Timing | Live in September; exact day and start time unannounced |
| U.S. broadcast rotation | ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC’s rotation ended with the 2026 telecast |
Sweden and viewing details still to check
A Swedish event listing and local start time remain unverified. The announcement does not settle Amazon-account requirements, replay access, advertising, host or venue. No Prime subscription does not mean confirmed account-free viewing.
Creative Arts ceremonies and red-carpet coverage are not confirmed under identical viewing terms. Check the eventual event listing before planning your watch.
